Import existing data with a CSV

Many teams already have useful customer, order, or project data in a spreadsheet. A CSV file gives that data a practical starting point in Amitable. Upload the file to begin an import into a collection. Review the detected rows and columns before committing the import. This preview gives you a chance to spot an unexpected heading or a value in the wrong column.

Start with one familiar dataset rather than moving every file at once. After import, the rows become records your team can search and edit. You can add fields as the collection needs more structure. Related records can later connect this collection to the rest of your workspace. The first import should make existing work easier to continue, not require a complete redesign on day one.
